With a wealth of experience spanning two decades in the fields of teaching and leadership, I possess an unwavering commitment to empowering both students and educators, assisting them in reaching their utmost potential. My professional journey has been marked by engagements with renowned institutions such as the University of North Dakota, Jamaica Theological Seminary, and New Covenant Bible Institute, where I have imparted knowledge in diverse subjects ranging from Classroom Behaviour Management and Introduction to Education to Integrating the Arts in the Classroom, Theology, Church Administration, and Christian History, among others.
In my capacity as a Principal, I have presided over two educational establishments within the past ten years, thereby exposing myself to the myriad challenges that confront teachers on a day-to-day basis, particularly those who are relatively inexperienced or navigate unfamiliar learning environments. Consequently, I have cultivated a deep commitment to the merits of peer coaching and mentorship as a means of enhancing the efficacy and effectiveness of educators.
