About me
Tatianna Goulart-Siladji is a fourth-year student at the University of Alberta's Campus Saint-Jean who is pursuing a bachelor's degree in elementary education with a minor in inclusive education. Being in the early stages of her career, she has already spent more than six years working with children in a variety of settings. She has continued to explore her passion by working with kids with special needs, helping them to build independence and self-confidence. Throughout her studies, she has been passionate about guaranteeing that all students have equitable access to educational resources, extracurricular activities, and inclusive schooling. She noticed that teachers had limited access to adapted resources in both English and French, she took the decision to begin researching a solution. In the future, she hopes to further transform the definition of special education by incorporating adapted conventional materials in the classroom and being an advocate for all students.
