But what are some of the things that make our classrooms complex? What are some of the ways that teachers and students are coping with complexity? Let's sit down together and talk about the complexities we face and hear how your friends and colleagues are taking on some of the complex challenges of teaching and learning.

Morphology is explicitly mentioned in the new ELAL 4-6 curriculum and concepts related to morphology can be found in both the Vocabulary and Conventions organizing ideas -- but how do we teach this to students in a meaningful way? Word exploration can easily be added to literacy lessons or texts that you have already planned to use. This session will explore classroom routines that teachers can use immediately in their classroom. Resources will be shared as well.
